Dre Greenlaw

BIOGRAPHY

Keaundre Greenlaw was born on May 25th, 1997, in Fayetteville, Arkansas. He is an outside linebacker in the NFL.

In Fayetteville High School, Greenlaw started playing football as a sophomore and helped Fayetteville win the Class 7A state championship and did it again as a senior. Greenlaw received many awards such as All-NWA Media Football Player of the Year and All-ArkansasVarsity.com first-team honors. 

In 2015, Greenlaw went on to play for the University of Arkansas  Razorbacks. During the first season, he was the only player to win SEC Freshman of the week twice. Two years later, Greenlaw tied for fourth in the SEC in tackles during conference play and ranked fourth in the SEC in double-digit tackle games. In 2018, Greenlaw was elected team captain by his teammates after week four of the season.  Picked off two passes, both against Texas A&M on Sept. 29 in Arlington, forced a fumble, and recovered another, while also getting credit for one quarterback hurry. Greenlaw wrapped his collegiate career with 320 total tackles, the most among all SEC defenders playing college football in 2018. 

In the 2019 NFL Draft, Greenlaw was drafted by the San Francisco 49ers. 

In week 1 against the Detroit Lions, Greenlaw recorded his first defensive touchdown on a pick-six off Jared Goff. He was placed on injured reserve on September 18, 2021, after undergoing groin surgery. He was activated on November 27.
